I had been a loyal customer for a while, by mistake i had the wrong address when placing the order and reached out to them immediately, they responded days later saying they changed the address. Later found out the package was sent back to them for lack of full address. Tried reaching out and they responded days later on top of very negatively, and didn’t even try to give me a resolution. Sad because i really loved the products, but this is no way of running a business. Whoever is running the costumer services needs to be fired.

I ordered October 10th . On October 23rd My pre shipment info was sent. On November 27th they refunded me half of my order back (oatmeal scrub) & my items still hasn’t been shipped. It is now December 8th, almost 2 months & I have yet to receive my order . They turned up off the comments on their ig page & you can’t get an email response. It would be nice if they at least updated you about orders, especially if you been waiting over an month
