I have written email after email and still haven't received my items smh. Great products but what's the point of how good they are if they don't ship them out!
It's soapy which is a plus, but I feel like it didn't work for me. The effects were very minimal; Would recommend using more mint herbs like Spearmint or give a boost to the mint ingredients that's mentioned on this Product's detail during creation. So far, I probably wouldn't order this one again.
Very disappointed . I contemplated on even placing . I’ve shopped here multiple times but unfortunately it’s gonna probably be my last time ordering. I’ve never received my package and we’re going on a month. Sent an email and Still haven’t gotten a response back .my tracking just sits on pre-shipment since last month. I understand companies are busy they have influx of orders and shipping that needs to get done but the lack of communication indicating the delay is honestly very unacceptable. this will probably be my last time ordering from here. Her products work really well and always smell great but the lack of customer service is what is gonna hinder customers from wanting to come back.
